Prevent Child Injury

Prevent Child Injury is a national organization that brings together individuals and groups to prevent child and adolescent injuries. Every year, the program releases four toolkits containing the most up-to-date research and prevention tips on specific injury topics.

As the program coordinator for the past 3 years, I managed multiple facets of the program, including website maintenance, social media management, administrative tasks, and writing monthly newsletters. I have also designed the collateral materials for 16 different toolkits. Each topic presented unique challenges, such as sourcing images that depicted correct behaviors, ensuring characters represented diverse races and abilities, or distilling complex information into actionable and compelling messages.
